In May 2011 Rosco attended his first show of the year and did so well I decided to send him on the road with Larry for July and August. They achieved everything I had hoped for. His first Best in Show and multiple group placements What a team !!

Our handsome boy went out to a few shows the summer of 2010 and continued to make us proud. He received several Group placements and a Reserve Best in Show.

Rosco went out to the shows in Merritt and came home with 5 group placements out six shows - one Best of Breed, two Group First, one Group Third and two Group Fourth..........and all of this after he had blown his coat. Thank you to all the judges that appreciated this dog, even without his normal plush coat. Also a very special thank you to Larry Clark for the job he did with our boy.

Rosco has matured significantly over the past year both in mind and body. Passed his OFA certification with good hips/elbows. He has also maintained his gentle friendly nature with all people and dogs he meets. Presently he is working on his obedience and will compete when we feel he is ready.

Rosco completed his Championship in Calgary with a BOW/BOB/ Group Fourth again under the guidance of Ingrid Winkler. In August he was entered in the Castlegar Dog Show for two days and received BOB on Friday and BOB/Group Two on Saturday, handled by mom. I was thrilled.

Rosco attended the Cranbrook Dog Show and received Best of Winners from the puppy class for his first points towards his Championship. September he was off to Saskatoon with expert handler Ingrid Winkler and received Best of Winners at the Saskatoon Working Herding Specialty.

Rosco arrived at our home all ears, legs, and the most gentle soulful eyes I have ever looked into. I knew from that moment he was a very special fellow. A heart felt THANK YOU goes to Bob and Sylvia Clark from Crystaridge German Shepherds for allowing us the pleasure of adding him to our family.
